Every industry has made steps towards becoming more environmentally friendly and flooring is no exception. Northern Colorado Carpets embraces this idea by making sure to offer the “Green” products that are available from our vendors. This includes the largest plastic bottle recycle company in the industry, Mohawk’s “EverStrand”.
We also carry other specialized lines that have been made entirely or partly out of recycled plastic bottles, such as Shaw’s “ClearTouch” series. We also recycle 100% of our unused or torn out pad from every project. In addition, our sports flooring is made from recycled content which may contribute to the LEED Green Building Certification System.
